Harvest Train
The Harvest Train parade will be held at Falcon on Tuesday November 25th at 10:30 am. Please have donations in by next Sunday, November 23rd. Please remember to leave your receipt for items purchased in the bag.
Meeting Change
Please note that our Men and Women's Ministry meetings will be held the night of Tuesday, November 25th.
Thanksgiving Goodies!
Jean Lemons will be selling cakes and pies at our Tuesday, November 25th meeting. Be ready to grab something good for your Thanksgiving dessert!
Stock Up For the Holidays.........Women's Ministry Sales
Please keep in mind that the Women's Ministry has some items for sale on a regular basis. These include flavoring(vanilla, lemon, almond, etc.), greeting cards, and Danny Duz It pot scrubbers. Flavoring & pot scrubbers are $3.00 each, and greeting cards are $4.50 per box. See a WM member to purchase these items.
Scrapbooking Fun!
Interested in scrapbooking? We will begin a croppin' session on the 2nd Sunday of each month. No talent or artistic skill required, just bring 4-6 pictures and be ready for a good time! Sign up on the bulletin board in the foyer, and please state your area of interest(ex. Donna-Sports). Sessions will be held from 3-5:30pm in the young adult Sunday school room.
Shut-In Ministry
Are you interested in reaching out to our shut-in church members? Imagine attending a church for years, and then not being able to go and participate, fellowship, and worship with those people you have been surrounded by for so long. Each month we will feature one of our shut-ins. Ministry ideas could include sending a card, a phone call, delivering a meal, visiting, etc, anything to help them see that we are thinking of them. This months shut-in is Ms Evelyn. Remember her in prayer, and take a moment to reach out.
Join the Clean Team!
We need volunteers for our clean team! Can you volunteer one day a month, or even one day a year? No service is too small when you are working for the Kingdom of God!
